Wasatch Cyber Fleet does not develop the autonomy software or the vehicle platform. Safety performance of the Cybercab and the Robotaxi network is determined by Tesla’s systems, validation, operating design domain, and policies.

Tesla’s domain

Autonomy stack, vehicle design, software updates, network rules, and published safety framing.

Local operator domain

Keeping vehicles charged, clean, inspected, and ready; following applicable procedures; supporting incident response coordination.

Investor diligence

Review primary Tesla safety materials, regulatory context, and independent sources. Do not rely solely on this website.

Utah Operating Considerations

Winter weather and temperature extremes affect both vehicle performance and operational procedures
Mountain-adjacent roads and elevation changes introduce different driving environments than flat Sun Belt markets
Utah’s self-certification framework and liability rules for higher-level automated systems should be reviewed independently
